In accordance with the art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation dated 27.04.2016, official journal EU L 119 dated 04.05.2016, the EFMETAL company with its registered office in Wloclawek informs as follows:

The administrator of the personal data is EFMETAL sp. z o. o. 87-800 Włocławek, Krzywa Góra 6A;

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation for: the conclusion and performance of the contract – as it is necessary for the performance of any agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA), to comply with the company’s legal obligations relating to the concluded contract or to the processing of your personal data, e.g. the Tax Office (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA), any analyses of the demand for products or services within the scope of our business – as the processing is necessary for our legitimate activity- Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA, in order to identify products and services you may be interested in, establishing and asserting rights or defending against claims related to the concluded contract or the processing of your data – as the processing is necessary for our legitimate business activity, involves the possibility of pursuing claims or defending against claims – Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA, the purpose of forwarding the marketing content to you by electronic or other means in accordance with your consent regarding the method of communication, including profiling in terms of products and services which you may be interested in, as the processing is necessary for our legitimate business activity, which involves offering products and services that meet the needs of our customers – Article 6(1)(f) DPA,

Data will be transferred only to entities authorized to obtain them under the law or concluded agreements (postal agents, IT services, dept buyers, entities mediating in the conclusion of contracts, business information agencies, authorized cooperating entities providing services in the field of mail and parcel delivery, telephone and electronic support, accounting and financial services, auditing, legal support, debt collection, payment services).

Personal data will be kept for the whole period of the controller’s business activity and time specified by law in accordance with the controller’s policies.

You have the right of access the content of your data and the right to their rectification, removal, restriction of processing, the right to transfer your data, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing approved before the withdrawal of the consent;

You have the right to complain to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection regarding any violation of the right to protection of personal data or other rights granted under the DPA.

Submission of personal data is a necessary condition for the conclusion of a sales contract. You are obliged to provide them as the consequence of not providing personal data will result in the inability to conclude a contract.

Data retention period:

Your personal data will be processed for the duration period of the contract or until the statute of limitations for contractual claims or the defence against contractual claims or claims related to the processing of the data and, in the case of data provided on an optional basis, until the withdrawal of consent; in the case of the fulfillment of legal obligations, until the expiry date of the retention obligations revealing form the legal regulations.
